Is
ordering from you on the Internet
safe and secure?
Generally it is just as safe to order
online from a reputable store like
Oneposter.com as it to pay using your
credit or debit card in a shop. You
can find details about how we protect
your details here.
Do
you ship to my country?
As a global store we ship to all countries
world-wide.
How long
will it take for my order to arrive?
Once the payment for your order has been
approved your order should be dispatched
within 1-4 working days. Occasionally,
when there is a temporary problem
with one of the items youve
ordered, your order may be delayed.
Once your order has been dispatched
it takes one or two days to be delivered
to UK addresses, about a week to be
delivered to European addresses and
two or three weeks for all other countries.
Orders paid for using cheques or international
money orders take an additional ten
days to process as we have to wait
for your payment to clear through
the bank.
Can I order
items which are Out of Stock
It isnt possible to order out
of stock items as we cannot guarantee
getting more stock. If youd
like to know when we get more stock
in click on the Out of Stock
button. This will give you the opportunity
to be told as soon as new stock is
in.
This is a
gift, is the recipient going to see
the costs & can I add a gift note?
The recipient will be able to see
the value of the items as it is printed
on the delivery note. We currently
dont offer a gift note service
but are planning to offer this service
in the future.
I still
havent received my goods even
though you emailed me to say my goods
were dispatched some time ago.
The first thing you should do if the
goods havent arrived even though
weve emailed you getting you
theyve been sent is contact
your local postal delivery office
to see if they are holding your goods
for you. UK and European customers
should do this after five days but
before two weeks has elapsed. Customers
from outside Europe should wait two
weeks and then contact their postal
delivery office. If the postal delivery
office hasnt been able to help
you email our customer service team
who will then investigate for you.
If I encounter
a problem while submitting my order,
should I just resubmit?
If you have a problem at any point
before entering your credit or debit
cards details or if you are planning
to pay by phone, cheque or money order
it is safe to simply resubmit your
order. Your first order will be automatically
deleted in due course. If you have
already entered your credit card or
debit card details we recommend that
you email us at orders@oneposter.com
and we will investigate
Can I change
my order after it has been submitted?
Sadly our system doesnt make
it possible to change an order youve
already completed. The only thing
you can do is cancel your initial
order and place a new one. Please
email our customer service team (customerservices@oneposter.com)
who will arrange to cancel to the
order and refund you any money youve
paid. You can also call our team on
0116 274 6977 (+44 116 274 6977 from
outside the UK). If you have placed
an order and chosen to pay by cheque
or international money order simply
place a new order and your first order
will be cancelled automatically in
due course.
Can I cancel
my order after it has been submitted?
If you wish to cancel an order youve

What if I
have placed a duplicate order?
If you order twice by mistake email
our team (customerservices@oneposter.com)
and tell them the reference number
of the item you want cancelled. They
will arrange to cancel to the order
and refund you any money youve
paid. You can only cancel an order
prior to it being dispatched.
Why didnt
I receive an email confirming my order?
The normal reason for not receiving
your order confirmation is that you
are using a Hotmail account or similar
as your email address and you have
exceeded your mail quota. The other
reason is that you accidentally entered
your email address wrongly when you
registered with us.
What does
it mean when my order says "Unconfirmed"?
When you place an order but dont
complete it, or if you experience
problems during the shopping cart
process or order will be marked as
unconfirmed. In cases
where you didnt actually pay
for your order the status will change
from unconfirmed to cancelled
automatically during the next few
hours. If you did actually provide
your payment details and these were
received by our payment system the
status will change to awaiting
authorisation during the next
working day when a member of our team
has manually checked it for you.
What does
it mean when my order says "Awaiting
Authorisation"?
Awaiting Authorisation
simply means that your order has been
successfully received and will be
authorised by a member of our team
once a few basic security checks have
been made.
What does
it mean when my order says "Being
Pulled/Picked"?
Being Pulled/Picked is
the stage where your order is prepared
for dispatch by our warehouse team.
Normally this process takes between
one and three working days although
it may take longer if we are waiting
for an out-of-stock item to come in
from a supplier. Orders paid for my
cheque will normally remain as Being
Pulled/Picked while the payment
clears through the banking system.
How can I
tell if an item is in stock?
If a product has a Buy One
button is should be in stock and available
for dispatch, though sometimes we
may discover later that the item is
in fact out of stock. If this happens
we will either email you to tell you
or supply the remainder of the order
and refund you the value of the out-of-stock
item and the related shipping costs.
Do you have
a shop I can visit?
Oneposter.coms products are
only available through our website.
What if I
cant find what Im looking
for on your website?
We only have stocks of the items we
show on the site. If you cant
find what you are looking for you
can register to be emailed when we
get it. To do this do a search for
the item and then when the sorry
page appears scroll down to the bottom
of the page and enter your details.
Do you have
a catalogue?
Because we stock so many thousand
titles (and because new products arrive
every day) it isnt practical
to produce a paper catalogue.
Do you offer
wholesale prices to shops and other
businesses?
Oneposter.com is a retail company
and we do not offer wholesale prices
to shops. If you want to know where
to contact the publishers of the products
we sell send a message to us at wholesale@oneposter.com
and we will try to put you in contact
with them.
How often
do you add new products?
We add new products every day. Our
notify me service can
keep you up-to-date with new releases
which are of interest to you. To use
the service click the Notify
me about products like this
button which appears under every product
on the site and on the search results
page.
Is the image
on your site accurate to what I will
be sent?
We work very hard to make sure that
the images on the site reflect the
actual products we sell. If for any
reason you find an image which doesnt
please let us know by emailing
us.
How accurate
are the item dimensions listed on
your Web pages?
We do our best to make sure the dimensions
are exactly correct however we recommend
you dont purchase frames for
posters and prints until after theyve
arrived.
How can I
take my e-mail address off of your
email newsletter?
If you want to stop receiving our
newsletter log into your admin area
using your email address and password
and select Edit Registration
Details. At the bottom of the
page is the option to stop receiving
the newsletter. Alternatively you
can click on the link at the bottom
of one of the newsletters you receive
from us to unsubscribe.
Do you share my personal information?
Your personal information isnt
supplied to third parties except when
it is required as part of the ordering
process. We do not allow third parties
access to our customer list and certainly
would never consider selling your
details to anyone else. Oneposter.com
is registered with the data protection
registrar.
How can I
be notified when you add more items
to the site related to a particular
artist, band or subject?
Underneath every product on the site
is a link marked Notify me about
items like this which allows
you to sign up to receive a message
when similar items are added. You
should note that if you are in main
category (eg music posters) you will
receive details about all additions
in the whole of that category.
What do I
do if Ive lost my password or
username?
To be reminded of your username or
password select the login button on
the homepage and then click on the
forgotten your password
option shown on the login page. The
password reminder service will remind
you of your password providing you
know your username and visa versa.
An email will be sent to your registered
email address with the details you
require. If you have forgotten
both your username and password you
will need to contact customer services
by emailing than at customerservice@oneposter.com.
Why didnt
I receive an email confirming my username
and password when I registered?
There are two likely reasons why you
didn't receive your confirmation email
from us. The first one is that you
entered your email address incorrectly
when you registered. The second is
that you have filled your email account
capacity and so your email provided
has 'bounced' our message. This second
cause is very common with users
of services like Hotmail with very
limited storage space.
How can I
order from you without putting my
credit card on-line?
We accept cheques and postal orders
from UK customers and international
money orders from international customers.
Customers can also opt to place their
order online and then call us with
their payment details. To do this
select Credit card by phone
as your payment option in the shopping
cart. The number to call will be shown
on-screen.
How can I
pay for my order?
We accept payment by all major credit
cards, sterling international money
orders, cheques (drawn on UK banks),
Paypal and Splash Plastic. Some payment
methods arent available in some
parts of the world.
Do you accept
cash?
Sending cash through the postal system
is a very bad idea and we dont
recommend you do so. If you choose
to send money through the post it
is at your own risk.
Where do
I send my cheque or postal order?
Once youve placed your order
you will receive an email telling
you the address to send your payment

Do you accept non-sterling cheques,
postal orders and money orders?
With the exception of transactions
made using Paypal all transactions
on Oneposter.com take place in Pounds
Sterling. Because of this we cant
accept money orders, cheques or cash
in any currency other than pounds
sterling. All cheques and money orders
must be drawn on a UK bank. If you
do attempt to pay in other currencies
your payment will be returned to you.
Which credit
cards do you accept?
We accept all credit cards issued
by Mastercard, Visa, JCB and American
Express. There are territory restrictions
for some cards which prevents customers
in a very limited number of countries
using their card online.
Which debit
cards do you accept?
We accept Visa Debit, Visa Delta,
Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and Maestro.

Do you accept
COD (cash on delivery), wire transfers
or Western Union transfers?
Sadly we do not accept cash on delivery
payments, wire transfers or payments
by Western Union transfer at this
time.
How do I
use a discount coupon or gift certificate?
To use a discount coupon or gift certificate
simply enter the special code into
the Discount Voucher area
in the shopping cart. The value of
the coupon will automatically be deduced
from the order total. It is very
important to correctly enter the code
as we cant give you the discount
once youve completed your order.
When am I
charged for my order?
All credit card, debit card, Paypal
and Splash Plastic transactions are
debited during the shopping cart process.
Cheque payments are taken from your
account as soon as they clear (usually
within five working days).

Christmas Delivery
We will continue to ship orders right through to
December 23rd, but in order to avoid disappointment
we urge customers to have orders placed as soon as
possible. We guarantee delivery in time for Christmas
on all UK based orders if they are placed with us online
or via telephone by midnight Sunday 17th December. This
is subject to payment clearance and stock availability,
neither of which are guaranteed. These will be sent out
via first class Royal Mail. All orders received after
this date will to have to be arranged to be delivered
via Royal Mail Special Delivery in order to guarantee
their arrival by Christmas at an additional cost of
£3.50(even if the order qualifies for free shipping,
see below). This has to be arranged via the telephone.
Free Shipping
For orders being sent to UK addresses we will not charge
any delivery costs for orders worth over £25.00 (excluding
postage and packaging costs). These will be sent out via
first class recorded delivery. All other orders will be
charged the normal delivery rates.
How will
I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched
from our warehouse an automated email
is sent to your registered email address
letting you know.
How is my
order packaged?
Orders made up of posters and prints
are shipped rolled in extra strong
cardboard tubes with a protective
lining paper inside. The end caps
are stapled onto the tube for security.
Orders made up of shirts, postcards,
badges, stickers and keyrings are
sent out in padded mailing bags. Orders
with calendars in are sent in cardboard
mailers. If you order posters and
small items like badges, keyrings
or stickers together the small items
will be placed inside the tube with
the posters. If you order posters
and clothing together the items will
be shipped in two different packages,
as will postcards and posters. There
is no additional charge if we ship
your order in multiple packages.
Can I return
my order?
Oneposter.com offers a money back
guarantee on all its products. If
you buy anything and decide within
seven days that you dont want
it all you have to do is send it back
to us in mint condition and well
refund you the cost of the items.
If the goods are damaged or not what
you expected please email our team
before sending them back to us as
we have a different procedure for
dealing with these returns.
Im
not at home during the day. How can
I get my goods?
We offer you the option of giving
a delivery address (other than your
home address) so you could arrange
for your goods to be sent to your
workplace or a neighbour who you know
is in during the daytime. If the delivery
person isnt able to deliver
your order because no one is in a
card will usually be left giving instructions
on how to arrange redelivery.
My goods
were damaged in transit. What should
I do?
We take a great deal of care when
packing orders to make sure that the
items youve ordered arrive undamaged,
however, occasionally goods do get
damaged in transit. If you discover
something in your order is damaged
you should email us at orders@oneposter.com
or call our customer service team

the situation. We will arrange for
replacements to be sent out to you
and instruct you want to do with the
damaged ones. Do not send the damaged
items back without having contacted
us first.
I've received
my order but some items are missing.
What should I do?
There can be a couple of reasons why
you may receive your order with some
items missing. The usual reason is
that your order has been sent out
in more than one package and you havent
received them all yet. This often
happens when an order contains more
than ten posters or when you have
ordered posters in the same order
as either postcards or shirts. Another
cause is that one of the items you
ordered was unavailable and so we
have refunded you for that item. If
this has happened a sticker will be
on the enclosed delivery note detailing
the refund. The final reason for your
order missing items is that we have
made a simple mistake while picking
your order. If you discover that your
goods are missing you should email

incorrect items you received. You
must not send incorrect items back
without having contacted us first.
Will my goods
fit through my letterbox?
Orders containing only badges, stickers,
keyrings and postcards will generally
fit through domestic letterboxes but
ones with clothing, posters or calendars
will not. Also remember that a signature
is required on delivery for all higher
value orders.
What if theres
a problem with my order How
do I return it?
If you wish to return goods which
are either damaged or incorrect please
see the two answers above which explain
what to do. If you want to return
goods for a reason other than that
they are damaged or wrong email our
customer service team who will explain
how to do so.
Whats
the difference between a poster and
an artprint?
The main difference between a poster
and an artprint is the thickness and
quality of the paper it is printed
on. Historically the quality of printing
used for prints was better than on
posters though this isnt necessarily
the case any more.
Why are some
artprints and posters more expensive
than others?
There are several factors which determine
the cost of a poster or artprint,
including the size of the item, the
quality of paper it is on and whether
or not the product is rare or a limited
edition.
Whats
a cinema onesheet or cinema quad?
Onesheets and quads are posters produced
by film distributors and promoters
to publicise movie releases in cinemas.
Quads are traditionally used in UK
cinemas and Onesheets traditionally
in other countries (though many UK
cinema chains now use Onesheets too).
Some, but not all, of these posters
are printed backwards on the reverse
so that when lit from behind the image
still appears bright.
Can you frame
my poster or artprint for me?
Sorry but at present Oneposter.com
doesnt offer a framing service
for our posters and prints though
we are hoping to offer this service
at some point in the future.
