Please read the following points carefully as use of our website and purchase of products by you mean that you agree to them. These terms and conditions give details of the levels of service we will provide you.

SHOPPING ONLINE AT ONEPOSTER.COM

You can order products displayed on this website using the secure shopping cart provided. Once you have placed an order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

To make a purchase at Oneposter.com you are required to become a registered user. When registering you must provide a valid and operational email address and telephone number where you can be contacted so we can keep you informed about the status of your order.

PROTECTING OUR CUSTOMERS AGAINST FRAUD

To protect our customers from credit and debit card fraud we reserve the right to cancel an order where (1) the customer uses a credit or debit card which is issued by a card provider based in a country other than the delivery address provided by the customer, or (2) the customer doesn't provide the additional information we request to verify their identity and address within five days, or (3) the customer pays for a high value transaction using an unverified Paypal account, or (4) any of the contact details the customer provides during the registration process turn out to be false, or (5) a mail server returns any confirmation email message we send to you. In all such cases we will refund the full pounds sterling amount paid.

PRICING

The price of individual products can change on the site without notice, however the price of the item displayed once you reach the checkout is the price you will be charged. We aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered we will supply the remainder of your order and refund the cost of the out-of-stock item and related shipping fee. In most cases any such refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically, as part of the shopping cart, before you submit your credit card details. All transactions carried out through the website are made in Pounds Sterling. The US Dollar and Euro prices shown on the site are purely there as a guide for non-UK customers. Your credit or debit card will be charged in Pounds Sterling. We debit the total cost of your purchases from your account immediately you place your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB credit card, by Switch, Solo, Electron or Delta debit card, using Splash Plastic, using Paypal or in some cases by cheque. The option to pay by other methods may from time to time be made available. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

We deliver goods to most destinations worldwide. Most orders are dispatched within one to five working days although in certain circumstances (for example if an item you have ordered is out of stock and we are waiting for new supplies) you should allow 30 days for delivery. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver your goods to you within 30 days we will contact you and organise another date for delivery or offer you a refund.

We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. As part of the shipping process an email is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. This email will give you a guide to when your goods will be delivered.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't arrange to collect your order from their offices you will be required to pay an additional postage and administration charge before we resupply your goods. You will also be required to pay a second postage charge in cases where you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address initially. The additional postage and administration charge is equal to the shipping cost quoted when you placed the order plus £1.00. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time you will receive a full refund

RETURNS POLICY - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you wish to return an item to us that is damaged, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, you must contact us prior to sending it back so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace the damaged/wrong items. Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing us or phoning our customer service line on 0845 226 3236 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm GMT/BST).

Please do not return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us. In most cases we'll either give you a freepost address to return them to.

When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

RETURNS POLICY - IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

We believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions when you want to cancel your order after we have dispatched your goods to you.

If you want to cancel your order, within 14 days of having received your goods, you should print out and complete the no-fault returns form and return the goods to us along with the form. When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note we can not accept returns on posters and for hygiene reasons underwear, swimwear and jewellery such as earrings.

LIABILITY

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONEPOSTER.COM COMPETITIONS
  1. The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition.  All competition entries must have been received by midnight on this date.
  2. The Winner will be notified by email within 10 working days of the closing date; the prize will be sent out to the address sent with the competition entry within a further 10 working days of this notification.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.
  5. We reserve the right to amend these rules at anytime. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
  6. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
  7. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
  8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter retains the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
  9. Entrants must be aged 13 or over. Employees of oneposter.com, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
